Stephen A. Terwilliger, founder and president of Seven Valley Realty, Inc. has been a member of the Central New York Community for over 27 years. Mr. Terwilliger was born in Hornell, New York, (Western New York) where he started as a home builder, building over 160 homes, apartment complexes, housing subdivisions and commercial buildings in the Western and Central New York area.

In 1987, Mr. Terwilliger acquired his New York State Real Estate license, and in 1992, received his New York State Real Estate Brokers license and founded what is now Seven Valley Realty, Inc.

In just 17 short years, Seven Valley Realty, Inc. has become an undisputed market leader in the Upstate New York Real Estate Market. Starting just in the Cortland Area market, Seven Valley Realty, Inc. has expanded the real estate business to encompass a 30 county, 6 Multiple Listing Service market area in Upstate New York.
