Stephen A. Terwilliger, founder and president of Seven Valley Realty, Inc. has lived in New York State all of his life.  Mr. Terwilliger was born in Hornell, New York, (Western New York) where he started as a home builder, building over 160 homes, apartment complexes, housing subdivisions and commercial buildings in the Western and Central New York area.

In 1987, he acquired his New York State Real Estate license, and in 1992, received his New York State Real Estate Brokers license and founded what is now Seven Valley Realty, Inc.

In the last 21 years, Seven Valley Realty, Inc. has become a market leader in the New York Real Estate Market. Starting just in the Cortland Area market, Seven Valley Realty, Inc. has expanded the real estate business to encompass New York State.

Seven Valley Realty, Inc. has chosen a different path to its approach to our associates and therefore our customers. We believe that teaching a more holistic approach to life not only leads to more fulfilled associates, but our model ultimately  fosters better service to our customers.   .
